New hours for our Municipal Office. Our office has updated its hours to better serve the community. Effective January 5, 2026, Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We will remain open during lunch for public convenience. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to assisting you.
The 2025 Beaver Area School District Real Estate Tax bills were mailed out on 7/11/25 and sent to the mailing address according to the Beaver County Assessment Office. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Lead and Copper Rule required public water systems, including the Brighton Township Municipal Authority (BTMA), to complete an initial inventory of water service lines and to categorize them as: Lead; Galvanized Requiring Replacement; Lead Status Unknown; or Non-Lead. Brighton Township code requires each owner of rental property located within the Township to register the rental property and tenants age 18 and over. The registration is to be renewed on or before February 1st and August 1st of each year advising the Township of any changes in occupancy.
