Township residents have the opportunity to utilize or rent a wide variety of venues within five parks and several recreation areas for picnics, reunions, parties, meetings, athletics and more. These include Two Mile Run Park and Extension, Dawson Ridge Park, Ellis Fields and Hardy Field. The baseball field at the Heritage Valley Beaver facility also is available for use by athletic clubs.
With these facilities in heavy demand, plans are under consideration to add even more parks, lodges, trails, open spaces and roadways in the future.
