Located at 250 Orchard Drive, off of Tuscarawas Road, Ellis Fields features two ball fields, one which is pony league size and the other which is home to the Beaver Area High School girls’ softball team. The Brighton Township Baseball/Softball Club also uses the softball field. The fields cover approximately 13.7 acres.

Residents also may enjoy picnics and gatherings in the fields’ open-air picnic shelter as well as a concession stand and indoor restroom facilities that are cleaned nightly. Pets are not permitted.
The first properties for this park were purchased from J. Delbert and Gwen Ellis in January 1966 and the first phase of the field was constructed later that year. Additional properties were purchased from J. Scott and Sylvia M. Kent in December 1968 and Dr. Frank R. Holt in May 1969. The final property was a gift from Barry A. Blume in September 1969.
